First sign the world is ending. People trying to copy Dompie. Even do from a science perspective this is interesting. But WTF are these people thinking!!!! Wine is more than just liquid in a bottle. Tradition, History, Blood, Sweat, Tears, A lot of expertise, A team and often generations of people perfection it not forgetting terroir and a big dose of mother nature! Some things take time, cost money and that is quite OK. And 50 USD is way too much for a fizzy wine cooked up in a chemistry laboratory. Shame on them!!!
