Visually dark present black crimson red. Fresh red and blackberries on the nose. Playful acidity with moderate tannins with light animal leather notes. Elequent finish. Perhaps too easy drinking

Angel light golden yellow with a white hue. With fragrance of pears, lemongrass, mango and then a wonderful composition of ionised tropical fruit with a wonderful vicosoty and acidity. Moderate complexity and a delightful fresh finish

A cooperative with over 4400 members covering alot of independent producers in Valais (Wallis). Producing osme very interesting wines. Madeleine Gay assisted the cooperative to improve their wine production with some amazing results.
