Teriaki sauce so delicious with grileld meats and super easy to make.
Ingredients 1 -Chocolate ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic as apuree or crushed super fine
- 125 gram soy sauce
- 4 gram ginger powder/20 gram fresh pureed ginger
- 25 gram cornstratch
- 100 gram cane or normal sugar
- 15 gram honey
- 400 Ml water
Instructions
1Mix all the ingredients to gether and bring to a quick boil. Adjust liquid level till you have received the right thickness. Note it will get thicker in the fridge. Carefull with the cornstarch. Mix in a little water first.
